Do it Yourself: Build an 8 ft Pool Billiard Table

Each of the four table-legs are made from five wooden boards. Before you start, check out if your floor is at-grade, flat and even. If that's not the case, you will need to use adjustable foots under your Pool Billiard Table legs. They should have an carrying capacity of at least 150 kg each. They also have the advantage that you can adjust the height of your Pool Billiard Table later. But they also have an disadvantage: They reduce the stability of your Pool Billiard Table. So don't buy just the cheapest one. Look out for good and heavy quality.

Caution: The height of the table-legs including the adjustable foots in medium adjustment position must be between 760 and 800 mm. In ideal case the height including the adjustable foots in medium adjustment position is 780 mm.

Note to Side Parts A and B: You must substract the height of the adjustable foots in medium adjustment position (if you use any) from the 754 mm! Start with construction if you have buyed your adjustable foots. If you don't use any (not recommended), you can leave the height at 754 mm.

It's important that all table-legs have the same Dimensions. All angles have 90° degrees.

Use counter sunk bolts which have an shaft without an screw thread. The bolts should be at least 5 mm caliber and 80 mm long. The screw thread free shaft should be at least 26 mm long.

The Side Parts A and B are going to be justified and merged by using strong screw clamps and screws. Take care to counter-sunk all screws.

Afterwards the Table-leg foots C are going to be merged with the Table-legs. Leave an border of 3 mm on every side.
